Registration Policy
1. Pricing:
Music and Craft Classes: $180 (8 weeks)
*members receive a $15 discount on all 8-week classes
2. Refunds and Cancellations
On occasion, classes may not have sufficient enrollment for the class to run. In this case, students whose payment has been cashed will receive a full refund. Refunds will be given by Calliope check. You'll be notified in advance and will receive a refund within 30 days from the start of class. Please include your alternate choices on the registration form in case your first selections are canceled. No Pro-rating of classes. Please plan ahead accordingly. Calliope teachers are paid rates based on number of students who register. Therefore, no refunds are given to those who cancel their registration after class begins, or less than 2 days before class begins.
3. Discounts
Current Student Discount: 5% off per 8-week class
Students who were enrolled in a previous Calliope class in the same school year are eligible.
Calliope Members Discount: $15 per 8-week class
No discounts apply after classes begin.
